No, you don’t need to be home. Many of our customers provide a key or door code. Our cleaners are background-checked and fully trusted. You’ll receive a notification when they arrive and when the job is complete.

For the ultimate in sanitation, we use your supplies and equipment unless you you don’t want to provide them.  No maid service cleans the equipment between houses.  This exposes your home to germs and pet dander from the other houses they clean.  Back up equipment and supplies are always on hand for emergencies.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a small cancellation fee. Rescheduling is always free with proper notice.

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something wasn’t cleaned to your satisfaction, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll send a team back to re-clean the area at no additional cost.

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payments. Payment is processed securely online after your cleaning is complete.
